Osteothai for the Internal Organs 1
Osteothai for the inner organs and their relationship with the pelvic ball and spine
1 to 5 February 2027, with David Lutt
Often called the second brain, the belly is our center. This key region is too easily overlooked in treatment, yet belly tensions are frequently responsible for structural dysfunctions such as lower back pain, pelvic and shoulder problems, as well as digestive disorders and emotional tension.
The Osteothai routine for the inner organs is a synthesis of the Eastern approach to the Hara and the Western practice of visceral manipulation.
You will come away with valuable tools for your practice: supporting genuine inner detox, restoring homeostasis, and addressing the organic-structural relationships that are so often at the root of your clients' complaints.
Presence, Power, Precision and Patience
This 5-day course invites you to make contact with and deepen your understanding of the body's liquid world. We will focus on:
Hara Detox and Reharmonisation
Reconnecting the body through the fascia system, and rediscovering the importance of the navel as a centre of integration.
Restoring the Liver Metabolism
Using Water touch to increase the mobility and vitality of the liver, releasing restrictions and supporting healthy metabolic function.
Treating Lower Back Pain Through the Belly
Learning to approach lower back problems via the abdominal cavity: working with the large intestine, the psoas, and the small intestine to relieve structural tensions at their source.
Increasing Vitality of the Kidneys
Addressing the kidneys with Fire touch, and exploring Air Expansion and Retraction techniques to restore energy and function to this vital organ pair.
Integrating the Inner Liquid World with its Bony Structure
Learning how to treat the pelvis and address sacroiliac joint dysfunctions: bringing together the fluid and structural dimensions of the body in a coherent therapeutic approach.
